Design a logo for a new bistro opening in High Street Shopping Village, Bellville. It should cater for housewives and businessmen. Other design elements include: Menu that is easy to update and can be printed with a standard printer, Leaflet showing the specials for the opening of the bistro, Sticker for LaFetaVij merchandise.
Design Execution
Inspiration came from Piet Grobler’s illustrations. Loosely drawn illustrations with a hint of quirkiness. The fig was used as the main visual, with the pink heart in the centre emphasising the love for good food. All design elements were kept simple with a soft colour palette.
